About Neil

I am the owner and principal attorney at Envision Estate Planning.  First and foremost, I am a Dad and a family man with an amazing 8 year old boy (Neil Ram). I have had the honor and privilege to play a hands-on role in raising Neil Ram. While at law school, I managed a small non-profit organization called the Friends of the Middlesex Fells where Neil Ram was my constant companion.  Last academic year, I homeschooled him during the height of the pandemic.  I have a beautiful wife, Rupa, who is a Principal Senior Quality Engineer at Medtronic and works with lifesaving medical devices. We have a new Goldendoodle puppy, Cinnamon who has brought great joy to our family. Cinnamon is a mainstay at the Envision Estate Planning Office.

I have experience across a broad spectrum of non-profit, municipal, and business entities. In 2018 I graduated from Massachusetts School of Law in 2018 and in June of that year was inducted into the Massachusetts Bar.  Since my induction, I have worked at Tramontozzi Law Offices where I practiced estate planning, business, and personal injury law.  As a class of 1994 Northeastern University graduate with a degree in Education and African American Studies, I endeavored upon a career in the non-profit sector that spanned more than 25 years where I served children, youth, and families throughout and became an experienced social justice advocate with issues such as health and wellness, public education, juvenile justice, and environmental issues. I also ran a successful consulting business where I assisted municipalities in developing youth civic engagement initiatives and non-profit organizations with fundraising, event development, and management.  I bring all of my experience to bear in my estate planning practice along with an unparalleled work ethic and personal commitment to serve each client of Envision Estate Planning with heart!
